Monday Night Gaming

Run the night, manage the ballot, review clips and keep the site tidy. Back to the weekly poll
This page is for admins only. Back to the weekly poll
Admin login
Log in with Discord to vote. Only members with the Monday Night Gaming role can vote.
We keep your Discord server name and your votes so the poll works. Logged-in members can see who voted for what.
Are you in on Monday?
My MNG
Which gamer tag is yours? This links your Discord login to your attendance record so your stats and badges show up. You only need to do it once.
Badges

Privacy
Badges are only ever visible to logged-in members. Turning the first one off also turns off shout-outs.
Games you own
Tell us once and it's saved to your account. The ballot then shows how many of the crew own each game. Only admins can see who.
There's no poll open yet. Check back after game night.

Reading the votes...
Other games with enough votes
Games that got votes but are not recommended
It looks at each game's own votes, whether that many players fits the game, who owns it, and how long since it was last played. A night needs 4 or more players. It is a starting point. You still choose.
Tie-break wheel
Pick the games on the wheel, then spin. The result is random and decided by the server.
Stream overlay for Simon
In OBS, add a Browser source with this address. The background is transparent. It shows the game being played in the corner and the wheel spinning when you spin it here. Add ?np=0 to hide the corner card or ?wheel=0 to hide the wheel.
Player ranges
Used by the tie-break helper. Fewest = the smallest group the game works with. Best = the range where it shines. Most = the cap. Games marked "check" are my best guess from public info, so please confirm or fix them.
What should we play?
Ranked from who owns the game, how long since we last played it, past votes and star ratings. It is a starting point, not a rule.
Clips to review
Links from the Discord highlights channel and new videos on Simon's main YouTube channel land here too.

YouTube replays waiting
New stream uploads on the archive channel link themselves when the stream number matches a Twitch broadcast. Anything the site is unsure about waits here.
Site status
Scheduled banners
Banners that switch on and off by themselves. The main banner above wins whenever it is showing. A themed banner also re-colours the whole site while it runs.
Deal alerts
Posts one deal a day (at most) in the Discord channel. Only games that were top-voted or are owned by several members count. The same game is not posted again for 14 days.
Watch list
Simon's co-op list. Deals on these games and their release dates are posted in the deals-and-releases channel. A game needs a Steam match to count: exact names match by themselves, and the rest wait for you to pick.
Add games
One name per line. Games already on the list are skipped, and nothing is removed. Set a game's Steam match from its row once it's added.
Fill in who was there
Go through past nights one at a time and tick who played. Every night you fill in feeds the Who shows up board, attendance streaks, the badges and the player counts on Past Nights. Names only show to logged-in members.
How to do it
- Each card is one night: the date, the games, and a link to the Twitch replay. Skim the replay to see who joined.
- Tick everyone who played. "Same as the night before" is a good starting point. Then add or remove people.
- Press Save and next. Nights you can't remember can be skipped. A night left empty is simply left out of the stats, it doesn't count against anyone.
- Work in a run, such as newest back to July 2025, instead of scattered nights. Streaks count consecutive recorded nights, so a solid run gives the fairest numbers.
- Gamer tags only. If someone isn't on the list, type their tag and press Add.
Load past nights from the stream history
Adds the Monday nights Simon streamed since April 2024 (games, length, viewer numbers) and links their Twitch replays. Nights you already logged keep their games and attendance, and only gain the stream numbers. Safe to run again.
Golf Maps from Discord
To capture new maps automatically, the site needs a Discord bot that can read the golf maps channel:
- Go to discord.com/developers/applications, open the application the site login already uses, and open the Bot page.
- Press Reset Token and copy it. Turn on Message Content Intent on the same page.
- On the Installation or OAuth2 page, invite the bot to the Hyperion server with the Bot scope, then give it View Channel and Read Message History in the golf maps channel only.
- In Cloudflare, open the mng-api Worker, Settings, Variables and Secrets, and add a secret named DISCORD_BOT_TOKEN with the token.

Tonight (admins)
Tonight's game
After the poll closes, the most-voted game is picked automatically. Choose a different one here if you decide otherwise. It shows on the home page.
Played on a night
Log the games we actually played, in order. This builds the history for stats. While we are live (Monday 8 PM to 3 AM), the last game on the list shows as "Now playing" on the home page.
Who was there
Tap everyone who showed up. People who said they're in or voted are listed first. It is saved with the night.
Edit the crew list
Everyone listed here can be picked in Who was there. One name per line, spelled the way it appears in Discord.
Founding Member badge: one gamer tag per line. Only the people listed get it.
Someone picked the wrong gamer tag in My MNG? Release it here so they can pick again.

Discord recap after each night (trial)
When this is on, saving "Who was there" for a night from the last 4 days posts a short recap in the Discord channel: games, how many players, any milestone. It never lists names and never pings the role. Older nights you add later are not announced. Each night is posted once.
Record attendance for past nights
One night per line: the date, a colon, then gamer tags separated by commas. Example: 2026-10-12: Magistrate, SiMoNiZe23, Zed. Games already logged for a night are kept. Use each person's usual tag so their record joins up.
Twitch replays
No game night
To skip next week, use "Skip this week" on the next ballot below. To call off the poll that is open right now:
Next ballot (admins)
Build next week's poll here. It starts as a copy of last week's games. Turn on automatic publishing and it opens by itself when game night ends.
Randomiser
Fills the unlocked slots from the Tier List by tier. Games that haven't been on a recent ballot are more likely to come up. Lock the games you want to keep.
Game suggestions
Add to the open poll
Adds games to the poll that is open right now. To add an emoji, Steam link or max players to a game that is already on the ballot, type its exact name with the new details; only blanks are filled in. Votes already cast are not touched, and games are never removed this way. The games are also added to next week's draft.
Access
Logins last a year and renew when someone opens the poll. Use these to take access away.
Home page banner
Seasonal theme
A site-wide look for the season: festive colours, string lights under the menu and light snow. Automatic turns Christmas on from 1 December to 6 January. People who prefer less motion see no snow.
Backups
Every Tuesday morning the site saves a copy of its own data: nights, replays, polls, votes, attendance, suggestions, the crew list, highlights edits and the tier list. The last four stay on the site. Download one now and then and keep it somewhere else, such as your Drive, so a copy exists outside the site.
MNG Wrapped (admin preview)
A look at the year, built from the nights on record. Only admins can see this page, nothing is public. Personal cards depend on attendance: nights without a "who was there" list don't count for anyone.
Import past nights
Paste a JSON list of played nights, like [{"id":"2026-10-12","games":["Fall Guys","Skribbl"]}], or a poll history file that starts with {"polls":. Anything already imported is skipped.
